Peach Margarita
Sour, Citrusy, Light
SERVINGS:

EQUIPMENT
- Cocktail shaker
- Fine mesh strainer
- Rocks glass
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 ounce tequila
- .75 ounce Triple Sec - I use Cointreau
- .75 ounce lime juice
- .5 ounce simple syrup
- 1 ounce peach puree
- 1 tbsp salt - garnish
- 1 lime wheel - garnish
- 2 cups ice - for shaking and serving
INSTRUCTIONS
- Rim a rocks glass with salt or chili salt.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
- Strain into the rimmed rocks glass over ice.
- Garnish with a lime wheel
NOTES
